For almost 70 years, the Cau family has been cultivating grapes in the estates of Ussana, Sestu, and Samatzai. The land is well-suited for viticulture, eroded by winds and kissed by the sun. The typically Mediterranean climate, temperate and favorable for grape cultivation, creates optimal conditions that enrich the clusters with distinctive aromatic and sweet substances, resulting in high-quality grapes.
The vineyards' exposure, agronomic techniques, careful selection, and harvest of grapes enhance the potential of the entire winery, which is still run today as a family business with the collaboration of industry professionals.

The entire processing phase pays attention to the plant's cycles and its natural balance, allowing air, water, sun, and soil to perform their function. The fruit matures and rewards with wines characterized by elegance, definition, and the distinctiveness of the island's land.
Production is exclusively focused on the typical and indigenous grape varieties of Southern Sardinia, cultivated according to ancient traditions, complemented by increasingly new and refined technologies. The end result is the production of wines with excellent structure, finesse, and fruitiness.
